Hi there, I’m a free-spirited, resilient boho hippie mama on a journey of transformation, healing, and creative reinvention. I’m a single mom to five incredible kids and two bitchy cats. So if I get any spare time I will be posting the raw, unfiltered reality of my life here while embracing the beauty of new beginnings. Currently working on writing my first novel as well as illustrating my children’s book in Procreate. Creativity, art, and writing has always been my escape and the way I make sense of my little world. In this blog I will touch on many subjects that comprise my rambling thoughts and busy life.

I’ve walked a challenging path stained with domestic violence that had led me to a ton of inner child work, healing and self discovery. I am currently experiencing a brutal and painful divorce with a man with narcissistic personality disorder or psychopathy, who knows? Every setback has paved the way for me to face myself in a real way and start my early mid life crisis. Diagnosed with celiac disease, an auto immune disorder that emerged through years of devoting too much energy into abusive men. I am trying to learn firsthand the importance of listening to my body and nurturing my health through natural wellness. Along the way, I discovered the transformative power of micro-dosing and growing magic mushrooms. A practice that not only helps fuel my creativity but reminds me to stay focused and grateful in the moment and be present with my children on a daily basis.

I spent my school days hiding out in my room with my nose in a book. These days I am obsessed with audio books so not much has changed. Pretty vigilant with my daily yoga practice and meditation. The witch in me is always seeking out new ways to connect with nature. My kiddos love the outdoors and I have a beautiful hiking trail behind our house where we have “bear hunts,” bug contests and try to catch lizards. We love finding creative shapes in the clouds. My kids love the camping and anything in nature. We just can’t afford to travel as much we would like. I am still honing my skills in Tarot but video games are my escape from reality offering me a different kind of adventure. Be sure to check out my amateur YouTube gamer channel. I truly believe in the power of stories spoken and read so I have begun a journey into reading ASMR stories aloud too.

This space is where I share my personal journey through words and photography. Sharing the raw truth of experiences that have shaped me. I hope to inspire, connect, and remind others that no matter what we face, there is always beauty in the process of creating and becoming. Because that’s why we are here on this earth.
