Welcome in…

My journey has been a mosaic of many things. Grappling with my twenties was filled with pain, heartbreaks, and numerous hard truths. I am feeling more comfortable in my skin than I ever have before in my thirties. Finally stopped giving my power away and decided to fall in love with myself. I had faced a mirror in the shape of yet another truly evil man in the string of bad choices and relationship mistakes who hurt me to the point of such intense pain. I had no choice but to change and I was forced to see myself on an entirely new level, ultimately learning to empower myself. Because nobody is going to do the work for you. And change is a struggle but my beauty; you are brave, resilient and so much stronger than you think. You got this! We got this! By sharing my story, I hope to inspire others to embrace their vulnerability, find strength in their struggles, and really step into their true power. This blog is a safe space for anyone looking to start over, heal, and create a life that’s true to their wild, flawed, witchy, authentic self.

Thank you for joining me on this adventure. Let’s learn from our kids, heal, and grow together one baby step, one story, and one mindful moment at a time. With healthy eating, trees, giggles and dancing.

This is obviously not a paid blog spot and or affiliated with any of these companies. I am doing this because just because you have dietary restrictions shouldn’t limit you from having tasty Nutella toast with flax seeds and banana slices. Or buttered toast with Manuka honey. I am sharing this so you can learn…
